The PhilanthroInvestors phenomenon began with Ivan Anz, the visionary founder of PhilanthroWorld™ and the youngest Family Office founder globally, as well as a successful Inc. 500 entrepreneur. Ivan’s vision stemmed from a deep desire to create companies that transcend owner dependency and truly serve society on a larger scale.
As a PhilanthroPreneur™, he achieved this by nurturing the growth of his businesses and appointing skilled CEOs who became catalysts for their success. However, in 2009, Ivan’s journey took a pivotal turn when he ventured into speculative investing, shifting from managing thriving companies to computerized trading. In his pursuit to become a "great investor," he faced unexpected losses and dissatisfaction, realizing that true financial freedom demands more than profit—it requires knowledge, purpose, control over investments, and a legacy of lasting impact.
In 2014, Ivan launched his first PhilanthroInvesting initiative with Equity & Help, a Florida-based housing company. Through the HappyHome™ initiative, Equity & Help offered investors a unique opportunity to grow their capital while empowering families to achieve homeownership. This approach aligned financial returns with a meaningful purpose, providing clear objectives and impactful outcomes.
By 2019, Ivan recognized that the PhilanthroInvestor brand was ready to expand beyond housing into multiple sectors worldwide. Today, that mission continues, dedicated to restoring Life Essentials™ and making a lasting impact across diverse industries.
In 2024, this vision grew even stronger with the formation of PhilanthroWealth, co-founded by Ivan Anz and Jerry Fetta. United under the PhilanthroWealth banner, we are committed to advancing the PhilanthroInvestors movement across industries, creating wealth while restoring Life Essentials™ globally, and making an enduring, meaningful impact on society.
